Refresh your wallpaper automatically
Tired of the wallpaper on your desktop and not sure where to find a cool image? Why not let an application do the hard work for you? Renew is a Preference pane item that allows you to refresh your desktop background by automatically finding images for you from the internet.
Renew offers 15 different categories, from animals to cars, models to movies and video games. All in all you have thousands of quality images to choose from as wallpaper. Renew can automatically refresh your background for you, just as long as you set the refresh rate in minutes or hours. If you want to look for a new image yourself, just press the 'Get Next Image' button.
I was a little skeptic at first as to the quality of the images that Renew would come up with. All the images I found did look good, however they were of varying sizes and I often found I had to adjust them to make them display properly. Similarly, I found that Renew could take some time in refreshing images.
If you like changing your wallpaper regularly but are running out of ideas, then Renew will help you out.
